National team coaching experience with four different countries in the men’s and women’s FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Under 19 Women’s Championships qualifiers, the men’s and women’s Gold Cup, UEFA Development Tournaments, Windward Islands Football Championship and the Under 20 World Championship qualifiers.

The first foreign coach in the history of the Moldovan women's national team program. Led the Under 15 women's national team to its first victory in its history (5-0 win over Cambodia) while also winning the UEFA / AFC women's development tournament.

Recognized three times in the “Most Improved Team” in the United States category at both the NCAA Division I and II levels.

Increased football participation for children ages 8-16 by 120% in the U.S. Virgin Islands, while also increased national team program from 2 men's teams to 7 teams consisting of men, women, and junior national teams in only two years.   

During my time as Under 15 National Team coach of Moldova eight players promoted from the Under 15 team to the Under 17 team in 2019 with six immediately inserted in the starting lineup in UEFA age group competitions.
